George Soros’ Open Society Foundations have come under fire recently for assisting a non-profit organization that funds pro-Palestine protests, according to a conservative watchdog group.
The Center for Security Policy (CSP) recently released a report that documents the Open Society Foundations’ assistance to the International Action Network on Small Arms (IANSA). The CSP believes that IANSA has been using the money from the Open Society Foundations to finance pro-Palestine protests.
According to the CSP’s report, IANSA received $15 million from the Open Society Foundations in 2015.The CSP believes that IANSA has been using that money to organize and fund pro-Palestine protests around the world. These protests have included events in Washington DC, New York City, and other major cities.
The CSP also believes that these protests have been coordinated and funded by IANSA. They claim that the money from the Open Society Foundations is being used to support an anti-Israel agenda.
In response to the report, the Open Society Foundations has said that they do not fund protest activities and that their partnership with IANSA is focused on the prevention of armed conflict. They also said that they do not fund any group that supports armed violence or terrorism.
Despite the Open Society Foundations’ statement, the CSP has called for further investigation into the situation. They claim that the Open Society Foundations are funding protests against Israel and should be held accountable for their actions. It remains to be seen if the US government will take action against the Open Society Foundations in response to the CSP’s report.
It is clear that the Open Society Foundations is facing criticism for their partnership with IANSA. Despite their assertions that they are not funding protest activities, the CSP believes that their money is being used to finance anti-Israel protests. Only time will tell if any further action will be taken against the Open Society Foundations in response to this issue.
